Debra Redman, LMT, NCTMB, has been practicing for over 16 years as an independent therapist and consumer advocate. Her medical massage training includes craniosacral therapy, manual lymph drainage, reflexology, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, and several energetic bodywork modalities such as reiki, quantum touch, and shamanic techniques. Her advocacy includes helping to establish a non-profit in 1999 to help people learn how to use holistic modalities in order to achieve new levels of health and wellness in their lives. She is an accomplished public speaker on the subject and taught the first holistic education workshops to ever be approved for teachers in the state of Illinois.

As a licensed minister, Debra provides life and spiritual coaching whenever it is appropriate to do so to help facilitate healing.

Debra facilitates the ability of each client to accomplish significant healing milestones in the best and most efficient ways possible. After your first session, both of you will develop a plan for achieving healing goals, including self-care exercises, detoxification, and other information. No two sessions will ever be the same and most clients experience significant positive results immediately. How many sessions you need depends upon the your healing goals, commitment to doing your homework, and how open you are to releasing all that no longer serves you.
